Sign up for our Loyalty Program and our Astro Share the Love New Adoption Program and get tons of free stuff.
Provide all pet information including pet name, gotcha date/ birth-date, valid phone number, address, and email to qualify.
Then just take a picture in-store or post a picture at home showing your Bentley’s purchase alongside your newly adopted pet and post on Facebook or Instagram, and tag us at @BENTLEYSPETSTUFF on FB or @PETSTUFFUSA on IG.

At the end of each month, we will cover the adoption fees for one randomly selected winner in the form of a product credit to be used at one of our local stores for anything in the store.

Contest begins 1.1.23 and runs through 12.31.23.
Adoptions must take place from 1.1.22 until the end of the contest on 12.31.23.
Winners will be announced monthly by email by the 5th of the following month.
Winners will be asked to show proof of adoption paperwork to qualify.

Enter For Free by Mail: Print your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, email address associated with your Bentley’s Pet Stuff Rewards account, and date of birth on a piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to “Bentley’s Share the Love c/o Marketing, 4192 IL Route 83, Unit C, Long Grove, Illinois 60047.
Limit: One (1) mail-in request per envelope. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by and received by 1.3.1.23 for contest 1, 2.28.23 for contest 2, 3.31.23 for contest 3, 4.30.23 for contest 4, 5.31.23 for contest 5, 6.30.23 for contest 6, 7.31.23 for contest 7, 8.31.23 for contest 8, 9.30.23 for contest 9, 10.31.23 for contest 10, 11.30.23 for contest 11 and 12.31.23 for contest 12.
