Our standard return policy is up to 30 days for unopened, unused product, with a receipt. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase and you feel there was any defect, issue with quality, or other concern, please contact us directly at email@example.com and we’ll do everything in our power to ensure you are 100% satisfied.
We stand behind all of our products and believe that you should be satisfied with everything you purchase. If you are ever not satisfied with the quality of your purchase upon receiving your delivery, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to make things right.
To make a return, simply bring the item(s) back to any of your local Bentley’s Pet Stuff locations, along with a receipt. Find a store. If you live in an area without a local Bentley’s Pet Stuff location, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll work with you to make it right!
Perishable goods, such as raw or frozen foods cannot be returned. We cannot accept returns for Gift Cards.
