What kind of products do you sell?
We sell an assortment of natural food, treats and toys for dogs and cats. We also sell supplements, grooming care items, apparel and miscellaneous pet-related items (beds, poop bags, etc.) for dogs and cats.
Do you sell food items for fish, birds, or reptiles?
We do not. We stock items for dogs and cats. If you have a suggestion about an item you would like to see in our stores, please contact us directly at email@example.com.
Do you allow pets in your stores?
Absolutely! We love meeting all of our four-legged friends! In addition to meeting your pets during our regular hours, we also host numerous events throughout the year that are centered around our furry friends or local veterinary clinics providing vaccinations. Check out our Events page to see what we have planned in your area.
Do you do grooming?
We do not offer grooming at any of our locations; however, we work with many local grooming facilities that we would love to recommend if you ask!
Can I return an unused and unopened item?
Yes! Our standard return policy is up to 30 days for unopened, unused product. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase and you feel there was any defect, issue with quality or other concern, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do everything in our power to ensure you are 100% satisfied.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (in its original packaging).
How do I make a return?
To make a return, simply bring the item(s) back to any of your local Bentley’s Pet Stuff locations. If you live an area without a local Bentley’s Pet Stuff location, please send us an email to email@example.com and we’ll work with you to make it right!
Perishable goods such as raw or frozen foods cannot be returned. We cannot accept returns for Gift Cards.
How do I get my refund for a returned item in-store?
All refunds for items returned in-store are processed automatically by a credit to your original form of payment (credit card or cash). Credits to credit cards may take 3-10 days depending on your financial institution.
How do I get my refund if I return my item back to the warehouse?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then also notify you of status changes to your request.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Payments can take 3-10 days depending on your financial institution.

Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express. Your credit card information is protected by our 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL).
For your convenience, we also accept PayPal and Amazon Pay.
Do you deliver Raw Food?
At this time, raw food delivery is only available for delivery within select Chicago-area locations.
In order to ensure raw food remains fresh, customers who order raw food for delivery must be home to accept the delivery.
Does PetStuff.com offer auto-delivery so that I don’t have to place a new order each time I need pet food?
Soon! We’re working quickly to make it convenient for you to feed your furry friends!
Can deliveries be made to an apartment complex?
Absolutely! We deliver to apartments and condos every day.
Do I need to be home to accept deliveries?
Usually not. PetStuff.com orders should follow the same delivery procedures for how you typically receive packages at your residence.
